Tempranillo
Slow fermentation in stainless steel vats followed by maceration on skins for around 15 days. Aged in oak for around 9 months. Once bottled, the wine spends more than a year in bottle in order to round off its tannins.
Recommended Serving Temperature: 18ºC
Deep red colour, clear with flecks of ochre.
Intense spice and barrel flavours stand out. If we swirl the glass, more fruity aromas appear which are typical of the Tempranillo variety coupled with fruits of the forest.
Smooth on the palate with moderate ageing. It shows good balance between the oak and the wine which is still very fresh. Touches of cedar and oak. On the back palate, smooth tannins appear as time goes by.

In the mouth, this wine is mouth-filling and structured and yet at the same time refreshing, adding a lot of fruit to the palate coupled with a lingering aftertaste. The wine’s body and structure are very well integrated and defined.
In the mouth, the wine starts off smooth and mouth-filling with a sense of very pleasant ripe fruit with citric notes. The acidity and body of the wine are well balanced, refreshing and very elegant. The wine lingers in the mouth, showing a very good combination between the oak from the barrel and the wine’s fruitiness.
A very classical Bouquet of an aged red wine. It is robust and powerful in the mouth with some touches of liquorice, accompanied by rich tannins.
