Tempranillo
Each grape variety is fermented separately. Maceration time on the skins is between three weeks and a month depending on the variety. After this, the wine is blended. Once the different rackings have been carried out for fining and stabilisation, the wine is put into oak barrels for a year. The wine is then bottled and continues its ageing process for a minimum of two more years.

Clean wine with dark brick-like tones
Intense barrel aromas come to the fore, along with certain fruity characteristics.
A very classical Bouquet of an aged red wine. It is robust and powerful in the mouth with some touches of liquorice, accompanied by rich tannins.
