Aged in oak for 14 months and then bottled and bottle aged for two more years before releasing, thus achieving optimum ageing benefits.

Garnet colored, clean and bright.
Intense aromas of raisins and jams with light touches of oak. As we air the wine, varietal aromas come forward such as clove or pepper.
A gentle palate with moderate ageing. The wine is full bodied and well balanced with the oak. A long finish and intense body leaves one with a pleasant taste in the mouth.
