Made using Tinta Fina grapes from over 35 year old vines, the grapes are harvested by hand, choosing only the ones which conserve intense aroma and fruit concentration which will guarantee a high quality wine. The wine undergoes a maceration period of 21 days at a controlled temperature of 23 ºC.
