At Vaquos, we understand wine to be the result of our love of the land; our enthusiasm for wine-making and our search for excellence. Producing wine here is a hand-crafted activity, which is undertaken with care an dedication in an unstressed way. Our wines are carefully monitored and rigorously controlled.
Therefore, ours is a small winery, built to carry out our work in the most traditional way possible
-that’s to say virtually all by hand
With state-of-the-art facilities and laboratories which keep a careful check on the whole wine-making process, the rest of the building houses our barrels of American and French oak, where our wines reach their plenitude and develop all their sensorial potential.
