Viña Chatel White
Fresh palate, fine, harmonious and balanced.
Tempranillo
Slow fermentation in stainless steel vats followed by maceration on skins for around 15 days. Aged in oak for around 9 months. Once bottled, the wine spends more than a year in bottle in order to round off its tannins.
Recommended Serving Temperature: 18ºC
Deep red colour, clear with flecks of ochre.
Intense spice and barrel flavours stand out. If we swirl the glass, more fruity aromas appear which are typical of the Tempranillo variety coupled with fruits of the forest.
Smooth on the palate with moderate ageing. It shows good balance between the oak and the wine which is still very fresh. Touches of cedar and oak. On the back palate, smooth tannins appear as time goes by.
