Fresh palate, fine, harmonious and balanced.

Wine fermented at low temperatures with a maceration period of around twenty days. It is then bottled.

A deep violet colour.
Intense, reminiscent of fruits of the forest.
In the mouth it is full-bodied and concentrated. On the palate it affords notes of ripe fruit.
