Wine made using the two typical grape varieties of the area. Once fermented, the wine undergoes a second fermentation. It is then stabilised and bottled.

Recommended Serving Temperature: 6ºC

Rice mountain, Rice fish, Mixed rice, Rice salads, Pasta salads, Boiled ham, Pasta with meat sauce, Pasta with tomato sauce, Pasta with marinara sauce, Bluefish, Pizza, Grilled Chicken, Splash and dressings


Brilliant ruby pink where, one can clearly see the fine bubbles which are given off.


Complex. Fruity aromas such as raspberry or strawberry which occur during fermentation stand out as well as the aromas of the grape varieties used.


Slight sweet entrance, reaching a good balance between acidity and body with the alcohol. The bubbles give it a fresh note.
