Garnacha
The base wine used to prepare Gran Chef has good body and a high alcohol content allowing it to maintain its structure while it is macerated and aged with eleven herbs for more than six months. We thus ensure a perfect blend with the flavours of the herbs, which have been carefully selected from our region. The wine is then filtered and bottled.
