The macerated herbs coupled with this aged wine add an exquisite taste to many dishes, such as roast meats, stews, pulses and fish dishes.
The base wine used to prepare Gran Chef has good body and a high alcohol content allowing it to maintain its structure while it is macerated and aged with eleven herbs for more than six months. We thus ensure a perfect blend with the flavours of the herbs, which have been carefully selected from our region. The wine is then filtered and bottled.
