Elaboration

The wine is fermented and left in contact with its skins at a low temperature for about twenty days. It is then bottled.

Aspect

A dark violet colour.

Aroma

Intense, reminiscent of fruits of the forest.

Taste

Concentrated and with body. On the palate, it also offers notes of very ripe fruit.
