Nox Red Mistery
Essence of the wine
This is a sustainable project, with labels featuring owls, our allies in organic and biodynamic agriculture. These magnificent creatures help combat diseases and protect our crops naturally. Since owls are endangered, we have established a collaboration with the World Nation Foundation to support their conservation. This is a project that everyone can be a part of, as a portion of the revenue from each bottle sold goes directly toward preserving endangered animals.

Terroir
The Penedès terroir is characterized by its diverse soils and microclimates, ranging from limestone to clay-based terrain, which enhances the unique expression of each grape variety. The influence of the Mediterranean Sea and nearby mountains creates a perfect balance between freshness and ripeness, resulting in wines of great complexity and personality.
Winemaking Process
The harvest is carried out at night to ensure that the grapes arrive fresh at the winery. Each of the three grape varieties is vinified separately, undergoing controlled fermentation at low temperatures to preserve fruity aromas and maintain balanced acidity. Maceration is short, providing the necessary structure while preserving roundness and volume. The blend is then crafted, achieving a perfect balance of flavors and aromas. Finally, the wine is filtered and bottled.
Appearance
Deep garnet color with violet reflections, with a very bright and clean dark cherry background.
Aroma
Great aromatic complexity, with notes of red fruits like cherries, subtle hints of black fruits, spices, and delicate touches of ripe fruit, making it highly expressive.
Taste
On the palate, the wine is round, smooth, and elegant, with a silky texture that enhances the sense of volume. The red and black fruit notes are very present, providing freshness and intensity. Its balanced acidity offers a long and pleasant finish, with great harmony and freshness that invites continued enjoyment.

This wine pairs perfectly with fresh salads, cured meats, and rice dishes such as mountain rice or vegetable rice. It also goes well with pizzas made with fresh ingredients, pasta with tomato or pesto sauce, grilled white meats like chicken or duck, and soft cheeses like brie, camembert, or manchego. For dessert, a red fruit tart or a chocolate cake with fruit is an excellent choice.
