+Natura is a wine that reflects our commitment to nature and sustainability. Organic, biodynamic, and vegan, it is made following natural cycles with the utmost respect for the environment. The label, featuring a relaxed figure on a leaf, symbolizes connection and harmony with nature, conveying purity, attention, and authenticity in every step of its production.

Terroir
The Penedès terroir is characterized by its diverse soils and microclimates, ranging from limestone to clay soils, which enhance the unique expression of each grape variety. The influence of the Mediterranean Sea and the nearby mountains creates a perfect balance between freshness and ripening, resulting in wines with great complexity and personality.
Winemaking Process
The grapes are harvested at night, a process that helps maintain their freshness and optimal quality. Each variety is vinified separately to preserve its unique characteristics. Fermented and macerated for two weeks under controlled temperature, the wine is then aged in French and American oak barrels (2 to 3 years old) for 4 months, gaining complexity, spicy notes, and great elegance. Finally, the wine is bottled and left to age for at least 6 months before release, allowing it to refine and achieve a perfect balance of fruit, tannins, and aromatic complexity.
Appearance
Deep cherry-red color with intense violet hues.
Aroma
With intense aromas reminiscent of red fruits, such as blackberries, blackcurrants, and blueberries. A light toasted touch reveals its oak aging.
Taste
On the palate, this wine is well-balanced, with a good structure and great elegance. The tannins are smooth and well-integrated, providing a silky texture. The ripe fruit and spicy notes from the oak are clearly noticeable, with a long and elegant finish, leaving a pleasant and persistent sensation.
