Hara
Essence of the wine
Handcrafted wine, created with careful attention to the astral aspect to extract the best from the variety and the limestone soil. Hara represents the point of the third chakra, located in the stomach, symbolizing the union between physical strength and spirituality in harmony with the way it has been produced. It is a very special wine, the result of more than 5 years of research and development, from the vineyard to achieving the freshness and complexity of this Orange Wine. Limited Production: 3060 bottles.
Variety
Xarel·lo 100%
Terroir
The soil is clay-limestone, with a Mediterranean climate, and the grapes come from a single parcel called Vinya el Roure, located in our Costers de Muntanyans estate in the Penedès subzone, Turons de Vilafranca.
Winemaking Process
The grapes are harvested by hand, selecting each one at its optimal ripeness. Then, 50% of the grapes ferment whole with the stems in a stainless steel tank for 22 days with their skins, undergoing daily battonage. The other 50% ferments in another tank only with the skins, where manual battonage is also carried out for 22 days. Afterward, both parts are pressed with the feet, and the two wines are combined. Next, one part is aged in 3-year-old French oak barrels, while the other is aged in a granite egg, where they remain in contact with the lees for 1 year. Finally, the blend is made, and the resulting wine is bottled for aging in the bottle for approximately 12 months.
Appearance
We can observe thick, dense tears that slowly slide down the glass, indicating that the wine will be unctuous and complex. It has an intense golden color with yellow and orange reflections.
Aroma
On the nose, it has an intense aromatic expression, predominantly floral, with notes of orange blossom and dried apricots. We also find aromas of stone fruit such as peach and apricot, along with fresh and citrus hints like pineapple. Additionally, notes of honey, anise, and fennel are present.
Taste
On the palate, it is a full-bodied wine with extraordinary volume that fills the mouth with a smooth and unctuous texture. Fresh notes of orange peel, anise, dried fruit, stone fruit, and a bouquet of flowers contribute great elegance. Its time in the barrel leaves a silky and soft finish, with a surprising persistence that makes it highly gastronomic.

Food pairing and serving
This wine pairs perfectly with dishes that enhance its freshness, creaminess, and floral and citrus aromas. Foie gras with orange and walnut compote complements its floral notes, while grilled blue fish with anise and fennel sauce highlights its spices and citrus freshness. Aged goat cheese with honey and Provençal herbs adds complexity that harmonizes with its floral nuances. As a dessert, candied peach with cream and vanilla complements its fruity notes. This pairing creates a balanced and sophisticated tasting experience.
