The label references the first "trencadís," a technique characteristic of Gaudí that reflects his genius and connection with nature. Terroir

The terroir of Penedès is renowned for its diversity of soils and microclimates, ranging from limestone to clay-rich terrain. This diversity allows each grape variety to express its unique character. The influence of the Mediterranean Sea and the nearby mountains creates a perfect balance between freshness and ripeness, resulting in wines of great complexity and personality.

Winemaking Process

The harvest is carried out at the optimal ripening point to ensure maximum freshness of the grapes. Each of the three varieties is vinified separately, undergoing controlled fermentation at a low temperature to preserve the fruity aromas and maintain balanced acidity. The maceration is brief, providing the necessary structure while preserving roundness and volume. Then, blending is performed to achieve perfect harmony between flavors and aromas. Finally, the wine is filtered and bottled to preserve its freshness and quality.

Intense garnet color with violet reflections and a very bright, clean cherry-red background.

Aroma

Aromatically complex, with notes of red fruits such as cherries and light hints of black fruits. These are complemented by spicy touches and subtle aromas of ripe fruit, adding expressiveness and depth to the wine.

On the palate, the wine is balanced and fresh, with lively acidity that enhances the notes of red and black fruits, such as cherries and blueberries. Its texture is silky, with smooth yet present tannins that provide body and volume. The fruity aromas persist, with a clean, long, and expressive finish that invites continued enjoyment.
