Essence of the wine

This wine line represents a wine from each of our wineries across different regions of Spain. As you’ll see in the presentations, the circle on the label symbolizes the three key elements that make each wine unique according to its region: SUN, WATER, and SOIL. The different terroirs of these regions ensure that each wine has its own special characteristics that make it one of a kind. The circle on each label changes in colors and textures depending on the hours of sunlight, water levels, and soil type affecting the vineyards in each area.

Terroir

The Penedès terroir is known for its diverse soils and microclimates, ranging from limestone to clay-rich terrain, which enhances the unique expression of each grape variety. The influence of the Mediterranean Sea and the nearby mountains creates a perfect balance between freshness and ripeness, resulting in wines of great complexity and personality.

Winemaking Process

The grapes are harvested and selected by hand. The wine is fermented at a low temperature to maximize its fruity aromas. After fermentation, it undergoes battonage with the lees for four months to achieve a more structured wine with greater complexity and a well-integrated acidity. It is then gently stabilized and filtered before bottling.

Appearance

Pale yellow with greenish reflections and bright in the glass.

Aroma

Fresh fruit, with hints of ripe fruit like green apple and pear, along with citrus notes. There are also aromas of fennel and a saline touch, due to the proximity of the sea and the calcareous soil.

Taste

A white wine that stands out for its freshness and complexity. On the palate, it has a well-balanced acidity that makes it refreshing, with fruity notes of green apple and citrus. It also presents a slight herbal touch and a subtle minerality, making it very pleasant and versatile. The texture is smooth and slightly creamy, with a long-lasting finish.
