Diorama White Grenache
Essence of the wine
The images and colors on the labels reflect the aromas you will find in each wine. Diorama means "scene," like in a theater, and that is why each label features a different grape variety, with colors and images that represent the aromas and complexity of each wine. All wines in this line are single-varietal, allowing you to distinguish the characteristics of each grape and better understand the differences between them. Additionally, the 6 or 12-bottle box includes a beautiful gift box, perfect for those looking for a special detail or for those who want to learn how to taste wine at home and enjoy distinguishing each one. The box includes aromas, an instruction booklet on how to carry out the tasting, and a game to play while learning to differentiate them.
Variety
White Grenache 100%
Terroir
The terroir of the vines we use for our wines is the Panal, ideal for grape cultivation, as this calcareous and clayey soil imparts floral aromas to the wines. The continental Mediterranean climate, with cold winters and hot summers, promotes slow ripening and allows the wines to express the full character of the terroir.
Winemaking Process
Grapes selected in the vineyard, only the free-run juice is used for the production of these wines, which ferment at a controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks. Once fermentation is complete, the wine is transferred to 500 litre oak barrels for a 4-month ageing period. During this time, the wine remains in contact with the fine lees and undergoes batonnage to enhance its mouthfeel and elegance.
Appearance
Clear and bright, with a straw yellow color and greenish highlights.
Aroma
Intense fruity aroma with notes of banana and apple, as well as hints of citrus and dried fruits, characteristic of the variety.
Taste
It is fresh and vibrant, with a balanced acidity that provides freshness. It displays fruity notes of apple, banana, and citrus, along with floral aromas and a mineral touch. It has a slightly creamy texture thanks to the contact with the fine lees, with good roundness and volume. Its finish is long, very aromatic, and the subtle spiced notes from the ageing enhance the wine.
Serving temperature
10º
Food pairing and serving
It is a versatile white wine that pairs very well with white fish, seafood such as grilled prawns or oysters, salads with goat cheese and nuts, and vegetable or seafood risottos, which complement the freshness and complexity of the wine. It also pairs perfectly with Japanese cuisine, such as sushi or salmon tataki, as well as soft cheeses like brie or camembert, creating a subtle and harmonious combination that highlights the fruity and floral aromas of the wine.
