Diorama Chardonnay

Essence of the wine

The images and colors on the labels reflect the aromas you will find in each wine. Diorama means "scene," like in a theater, and each label represents a different grape variety, with colors and images that evoke the aromas and complexity of each wine. All wines in this line are single-varietal, allowing you to distinguish the characteristics of each grape and better understand their differences. Additionally, the 6- or 12-bottle box includes an elegant gift box, ideal for those looking for a special detail or for those who want to learn how to taste wine at home and enjoy distinguishing each variety. The box includes aromas, an instruction booklet on how to conduct the tasting, and a game to help you learn to differentiate them.

Chardonnay 100%

Terroir

From our Mas Muntanyans estate, in the Diorama vineyard, the over 45-year-old vines are cultivated organically and biodynamically, respecting the environment. The highly calcareous soil is ideal for vinifying this unique wine. The fresh Mediterranean breeze influences its character, giving it an unmistakable personality.

Winemaking Process

Harvested at dawn to ensure freshness upon arrival at the winery, the grapes are pressed, extracting the free-run juice. The must then ferments in stainless steel tanks at a low temperature for about three weeks. Afterward, it is aged on its finest lees for four months to achieve elegance before bottling.

Appearance

Intense yellow color with greenish hues, clean and bright.

Aroma

On the nose, it exhibits great intensity with saline, mineral, floral, and fruity aromas, highlighting pineapple, passion fruit, apricot, and peach.

Taste

On the palate, it is fresh and vibrant, with well-integrated acidity that brings great liveliness. The fruit, such as pineapple and peach, unfolds intensely, offering a sensation of freshness and balance. The texture is light and elegant, with good depth, complemented by saline and mineral notes that reflect the calcareous soil. The finish is clean, fresh, and long, with a refreshing touch that invites you to keep enjoying it.
