D.O.Q. Priorat
Clos del Músic
Essence of the wine
Being organic and biodynamic, the estate has become a privileged paradise for birds, butterflies, and other insects. From the highest point of the vineyards, one can hear the songs and symphony of these animals, creating a natural soundtrack that gives its name to Clos del Músic: an enclosed place where the music of nature fills the air.
Variety
Garnacha 100%
Terroir
The terroir of our Priorat estate is unique, characterized by its poor, stony soil with a high presence of licorella, which imparts exceptional minerality to the wines. This environment, combined with the warm, dry climate, produces intense, structured wines with a depth that reflects the region's identity.
Winemaking Process
After a slow maturation process in stainless steel vats and subsequent aging in French and American oak barrels for 14 months, the wine is bottled to continue its refinement and aging.
Appearance
Dark mahogany color, with violet hues, clean, bright, and with a deep layer.
Aroma
Intense aromas of ripe fresh fruit. As it breathes, fruity notes emerge, complemented by subtle mineral and spicy undertones.
Taste
The palate reveals well-balanced fruity flavors, harmoniously integrated with the wine's body. It boasts a high concentration of soft tannins that provide a pleasant sensation on the palate.
Serving temperature
18º
Food pairing and serving
Meat dishes such as grilled lamb or herb-roasted pork, as well as red meats like beef tenderloin or rabbit with red fruit sauce.
