Xarel·lo 60%, Chenin blanc 30% and Chardonnay 10%

Terroir

The terroir of Penedès is characterized by its diversity of soils and microclimates, ranging from limestone to clayey soils, which enhances the unique expression of each grape variety. The influence of the Mediterranean Sea and the nearby mountains creates a perfect balance between freshness and ripeness, resulting in wines of great complexity and personality.

Winemaking Process

Each grape variety ferments at a low temperature to preserve its aromas and freshness. Then, the wine is left to rest for several months on fine lees to develop greater complexity. Finally, the wine is bottled, allowed to rest in the bottle, and released to the market.

Appearance

Transparent and crystalline, with a pale yellow color and greenish hues.

Aroma

At first impression, its freshness and vitality stand out. The aromas of Chenin Blanc bring notes of ripe white fruit and a subtle floral touch, while Xarel·lo adds a mineral sensation and a background of fresh herbs. Chardonnay contributes fruity complexity, with hints of citrus and a slight touch of tropical fruits. This combination creates an explosion of fresh and citrusy aromas, with great finesse and complexity that evolves with each sip.

Taste

On the palate, the wine shows vibrant and balanced freshness, with a lively acidity that stands out thanks to the Chenin Blanc, bringing notes of ripe white fruit and subtle minerality. Xarel·lo provides a light structure and smooth texture, while Chardonnay adds a fruity sensation and a touch of citrus that integrates perfectly. The result is fresh, complex, and with a long, persistent finish.
