Terroir

The vineyards are located in Montsant’s characteristic soils, which are low in organic matter and composed of clay, limestone, and slate, adding structure and complexity to the wine. The continental Mediterranean climate, with significant temperature variations between day and night, allows for slow and optimal grape ripening.

Winemaking Process

The grapes are harvested at their optimal ripeness to preserve their full fruit expression. After controlled fermentation to enhance primary aromas, the wine undergoes aging in the tank to develop greater complexity.
