Bubbly wines
Reynal Rosé
Essence of the wine
In 1942, Josep Mª Tetas created Spain’s first sparkling "vi d’agulla" wine, REYNAL. His idea was to express the freshness and fruit of the grape through fine bubbles that surprise the palate. Elegant wines, easy to enjoy at any time of the day, ideal for those seeking freshness and distinction in every sip.
Variety
Tempranillo 100%
Terroir
The terroir of Penedès is characterized by its diverse soils and microclimates, ranging from limestone to clay-based terrains, which enhance the unique expression of each grape variety. The influence of the Mediterranean Sea and the nearby mountains creates a perfect balance between freshness and ripeness, resulting in wines of great complexity and personality.
Winemaking Process
After careful selection, the grapes are macerated, pressed and fermented. Fermentation takes place in hermetically sealed tanks to retain the naturally generated carbon dioxide, creating the fine bubbles characteristic of this frizzante.
Appearance
Bright ruby pink color, where the delicate release of fine bubbles can be observed.
Aroma
Rich and intense, with an explosion of red fruits such as raspberries and strawberries.
Taste
On the palate, it is fresh and smooth, with red fruit flavors that, combined with the delicate effervescence, fill the mouth. The finish offers a sensation of great balance and harmony, very pleasant.
Serving temperature
6º
Food pairing and serving
With its intense explosion of red fruits such as raspberries and strawberries, it is ideal for pairing with red fruit salads with goat cheese, tapas, tuna tartare, marinated salmon, or sushi. It also pairs perfectly with pizzas, pastas with tomato or pesto sauces, and white meats such as grilled or roasted chicken. Additionally, it is a perfect match for red fruit-based desserts, such as strawberry sorbet or raspberry cake.
