The Penedès terroir is characterized by its diversity of soils and microclimates, ranging from limestone to clay-based terrain, which enhances the unique expression of each grape variety. Winemaking Process
The harvest takes place at night to ensure that the grapes arrive fresh at the winery. Then, a cold maceration process is carried out for 24 hours. Next, fermentation begins individually for each grape variety at low temperatures, preserving fresh and fruity aromas. This controlled process ensures a slow and optimal fermentation, enhancing the purest expression of each variety. Once fermentation is complete, the blend is crafted, achieving perfect harmony between the different varieties. After a stabilization process to ensure its quality and stability, the wine is bottled quickly, preserving maximum freshness and delicate nuances that define it as a young and vibrant wine.
